Underneath 123CMS is a secure, stable signage core — the part built to be dull in the best sense. One app controls every screen you own: five priority levels, Emergency at the top, and scenarios already on the player before anyone needs them. Modules switch on per company on top of that same core — wayfinding, ad sales, space booking and Sport Engine — in the same console, same accounts, same audit log.

Emergency already on the player
Scenarios are copied to every covered player when they are saved, so nothing has to download when someone presses the button.
Keeps playing if the link drops
Players play from their own storage. If the connection to the server is cut, the screen keeps showing what it already has.
Security you can check
A one-time code at sign-in for every role, argon2id passwords, an audit log the database itself refuses to edit or delete, and zone accounts that see only their own screens.
Wayfinding
Your plan in, a 3D map out — no renders, no map agency.
- Draw or import your floor plan in the browser editor — no 3D-render contractor and no outside map agency.
- Your drawing becomes a 3D map automatically: rooms rise as blocks, and a route across floors ends in a stacked-floor view.
- Routes are computed on the player itself — fastest, fewest turns, step-free, or via sponsors — with no internet needed.
- Search forgives spelling in English, Russian, Kazakh and Arabic, with on-screen keyboards and a right-to-left Arabic interface.
Mall Media
The system that plays the ads also sends the invoice.
- Turn any group of screens into a package to sell: loop length, slot length, selling hours and house filler.
- Advertisers upload their spots through their own portal; once approved, the system puts them on air on the booked screens.
- A delivery report per line — planned versus played — straight from what each player reports.
- Invoices with gapless numbering and VAT, plus CSV exports ready for accounting.

- Access-gate scenes configured per venue on the SpinetiX player: a ticket, a VIP card or a visitor who needs help gets its own pre-loaded scene.
- Sponsor routes: kiosks and signs lead fans past sponsor points, labelled, and never on the step-free route.
- The match feed and replays on any concourse or lounge screen or video wall, switched from the console.
- Sponsor inventory sold as concourse packages, with proof of delivery from each player's own reports.

What is 123CMS, and how is it different from a normal digital signage CMS?+
123CMS is a customer-branded, data-sovereign digital signage content-management system that sits in front of SpinetiX media players, supplied by Media La Vista — SpinetiX Master Distributor for the Middle East since 2007. A normal CMS is a fixed product you learn and adapt your business to; 123CMS is a CMS that adapts to you, shaped around your business flows, operator roles, branding and design language. One browser console runs the whole estate: scheduling, content, player inventory, live monitoring, emergency control, proof-of-play and an immutable audit log.
Is 123CMS just a white-label rebrand of someone else's digital signage software?+
No. A white-label product is a fixed vendor platform with a reseller's logo dropped onto it — the workflows underneath still belong to the vendor. 123CMS is developed in Dubai by Media La Vista and shaped per customer: branding is only the visible layer, while the business flows, operator views, triggers, connectors and modules are built to match how your organisation actually works. It runs on the Swiss-engineered SpinetiX platform, so one vendor stands behind the players, the operating system and the CMS.
How much customisation is included with 123CMS, and what does it actually cover?+
The 123CMS start package includes six months of full customisation — 30 hours of any work you ask for — with a 24-hour response on improvement requests. That envelope covers new business flows and operator views, trigger integrations such as PMS, calendar, room booking, prayer time, weather, BMS and POS, branded templates and report layouts, connectors, full data-driven content set-up, and console and workflow changes. After the six months, improvements continue under the maintenance agreement against an agreed SLA.
Can a digital signage CMS run on my own servers instead of a vendor cloud, and who keeps the content?+
Yes. 123CMS installs wherever the data has to live: in a cloud hosted and maintained by Media La Vista, on your own on-premises infrastructure so content never leaves your building, or on a server MLV supplies and installs on your site. On-premises deployments keep content, proof-of-play statistics and the immutable audit log on infrastructure you control, and are air-gap capable — the practical answer to data-residency rules such as the UAE PDPL, Saudi PDPL, Qatar PDPL and Kazakhstan's data-localisation law.
Does 123CMS support Arabic and right-to-left operator interfaces?+
Yes. The 123CMS operator console has a full right-to-left Arabic layout — the interface is mirrored, not merely translated — and ships with a language switcher offering English, Russian, Kazakh and Arabic. Localisation is treated as part of the brand surface, so operators work in English plus your local language, with right-to-left support wherever it is needed.
Do I lose any SpinetiX features by running my own CMS instead of the standard one?+
No. 100% of SpinetiX platform features work inside 123CMS and content automation is unlimited: data feeds, widgets, triggers, multi-zone layouts, multiscreen sync and the full jSignage content framework. What changes is ownership — your brand on the console, your servers holding the content, and flows built to your operation rather than to a generic console shared by every other customer.
Do 123CMS modules cost extra?+
No. Every module — wayfinding, mall media, space booking, Sport Engine — is part of the 123CMS licence. You pay per screen, not per module, and new modules keep arriving in the same system you already own. Cloud installations receive them with the regular update; on-premises installations receive them with the annual update service.
Does 123CMS work without internet?+
Yes, inside your own perimeter. Playback, the five priority levels, emergency scenarios, and wayfinding kiosks and maps all keep running on your own server with no internet connection. Our engineers still need an agreed remote access path or a site visit to deliver updates and support.
Can we build our own wayfinding maps?+
Yes. Draw or import your floor plan in the 123WF map editor, and it becomes a 3D map automatically — no 3D-render contractor and no outside map agency. Routes are computed on the kiosk itself, across floors, with no internet needed.
What does 123SB space booking show on the screens?+
